In case of dissatisfaction from our products, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

SoldSmile.com offers a “no question asked” 7-day money back guarantee form the day the product is delivered to you. The product should be returned in its actual condition at the time of delivery and must included all accessories /freebie supplied. Branded packaging should be returned in an undamaged condition with the product.

Cancellation requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. But still for clear guideline purpose here it is:
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a full refund within 7 days from the date of receiving returned products.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.
