ORDERS

· How to place an order at SoldSmile.com?

· Placing an order is very simple. You just need to follow these easy steps:

· Just select the product and click on the 'Add to Cart' button. checkout and enter your shipping address and payment details.

· Is registration mandatory to shop at SoldSmile.com?

· No it's not necessary you can simply add products to your cart and Checkout as a Guest by entering your e-mail address or using your Facebook or Google Plus account details. But we recommend you to register in order to track your order and get all the necessary details related to your account.

· I am interested in a product that is 'Out of Stock'. How can I buy it?

· Currently you will not be able to place an order but don't be disheartened, just click "Notify Me" option and submit your e-mail address so that we can notify you, once the product is back in stock.

· How do I know my order has been confirmed?

· You will see a confirmation message on the screen along with your order number. You will also receive a mail containing your order details and SMS to confirm your purchase.

· How can I check the status of my order?

· Just click on 'My Account' and go to Orders. There you can see the status of your orders.

· I just placed an order but I didn't receive any confirmation email about the order. What should I do?

· If you haven’t received an email confirmation please check the email that you have registered with us is correct. Please also check your junk or spam folder to ensure that your email provider hasn’t misfiled the email.

· If you still haven’t received the confirmation email, please contact us with your transaction details so that we can investigate and get back to you with confirmation.

· I forgot my login password. What do I do?

· Resetting your password is very simple. Click on 'My Account' and enter your email address and click on 'forgot your password'. Your password will be sent to your registered e-mail address OR You will receive an email on your registered email id with instructions on creating a new password.

· How can I change my shipping address or delivery information, after placing the order?

· After order confirmation we send the order immediately for processing. So please mail us with your order details as soon as possible. We will try to change the address. But if your order gets shipped then it will not be possible to change the address.

· How can I cancel my order?

· You may request for order cancellation through mail and we will cancel it if has not been processed yet. After cancellation you will receive a cancellation email.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

· What are the shipping charges?

· No, we don't have any shipping charges on any of our products. Shipping charges are Free at SoldSmile.com

· Where do I find the courier tracking information?

· Go to 'My Account' and enter your order ID on 'Track my Order(s)'. Your order detail page will open then click on shipping information tab to get your shipment details.

· Which courier company do you use for delivery?

· We use a number of reputed courier partners like DTDC, First Flight etc. If your area is not covered under serviceable area of our courier partners, then we may choose to ship your order through Speed Post.

· What is the estimated delivery time?

· All our orders are dispatched within 24 hours to 5 business days. And after dispatch the orders are delivered within 7 days. All orders shipped through speed post are delivered within 10-12 business days.

· Why have I not received my product yet?

· Your order might get delayed due to courier issues, product availability, geographic location of the seller etc. But don't worry, we will send you an email informing about the delay.

· I have not received the product but it's showing delivered on courier website. What do I do?

· Please contact us immediately with your order details. We will enquire into the matter and update you. You may also contact the courier partner to inquire about the reason for the update or visit their website for more details.

· Does SoldSmile deliver outside India?

· No.

· Would my product be safe from in-transit damage?

· The products shipped are covered by in-transit insurance to cover the risk of theft and damages incurred during transit.

PAYMENT

· Is it safe to make payment online through Debit card or Credit Card or internet banking?

· Yes, your payment is 100% secure at SoldSmile. All the online payments on SoldSmile are processed through our secure and trusted payment gateway EBS.

· Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

· What are the payment options available on SoldSmile.com?

· Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

· No. We don't offer Cash on Delivery.

· Alternatively, You can also pay by Credit card, Debit card, Netbanking or Online bank transfer.

· Whether you pay money using credit card or cash, money doesn't get forwarded to the seller unless and until the item is delivered to you properly. So you don't have to worry about anything.

· Why we don't do Cash on Delivery (COD)?

· We know customers love it. We would love to have Cash on Delivery as one of our options for payment but we can't unfortunately because of the following reasons

· Increase in Prices: Cash on Delivery requires our delivery partners to go collect cash or card during delivery. This requires them to equip their delivery men with swiping machines and additional logistics for collecting cash and transferring back. Because of this, they charge 150-350 Rupees extra per package. This will translate into our products becoming costlier to the customer by 10%-20%. Currently we offer free shipping and it won’t be possible to do that in case of COD.

· Location availability: Currently a lot of our customers are from small towns in India. Most courier companies support only a limited set of Pin codes when it comes to cash on delivery.

· We know Cash on Delivery is one thing that our customers ask for all the time and at some point in time, we may reconsider our ability to provide COD. However, till then, we would like our customers to trust us with traditional modes of payment. RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

· What is the general return policy of SoldSmile?

· We have 15 days 'No Question Asked' Return Policy. You can return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery.

· The product should be returned in its actual condition at the time of delivery. Branded packaging should be returned in an undamaged condition with the product.

· What do I do if I receive a defective /damaged product/ wrong product?

· If you receive a defective or damaged product, we request you to report your concern through our Contact Us form within 7 days of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved. We will send you refund/replacement as per your request.

· How will I receive my refund if I return a product?

· Your refund will be credited to your wallet as store credits. You can use them for purchasing any product from SoldSmile.

· I want to return a product. But do I get the courier charges?

· Of course, you get Rs.100 as store credit for your future purchase and it will reflect in "My Wallet"

· My order has been cancelled by SoldSmile. How and when should I expect the refund?

· Refund process varies with the mode of payment used while placing the order.

· If the order was placed via internet banking, then the amount would be refunded to your bank account directly.

· For credit card / debit card payments, refund processing time is 7-10 working days.

· What are the conditions to return a product?

· You can return a product only if:

· You received a damaged/defective product

· You are unhappy with the product quality

· The product is different from description on the website

· You have received a wrong product
